剧情介绍
民國初年，廣州「旗下街」惡人「奸人堅」何其堅(黃子華飾)，靠得警察廳廳長方天圓(陳榮峻飾)撐腰，終日橫行霸道，傳聞有指奸人堅其父對不住他而弒父， 連惡人趙猛丁(王俊棠飾)也要忌他三分，之後警察廳廳長因為風水問題，希望能收回姑婆屋，奸人堅答應幫忙，但姑婆屋的屋契一直由凌玉翠(花名「哨牙鬼」) (葉童飾)保管，為了接近「哨牙鬼」，奸人堅使出美男計奪取姑婆屋，從而令他能順利成為「旗下街」唯一話事人。
