剧情介绍
HKFIRM的老板是洪定威，威以前是这间律师楼的律师兼合伙人，但因冒犯法官而被停牌，又因前度合伙人亏空客人巨款潜逃，令这间律师楼顿变成一间由钉牌律师经营的负债律师楼，亦被同行视为「垃圾FIRM」，有经验律师都怕影响名声，威唯有找一班肯捱肯搏的新牌律师回来，重建HKFIRM。
新牌律师乐斌因形象作风不合大FIRM要求，被裁员失业，斌担负着家庭的经济包袱，只好受雇于威的律师楼，却遇上三个各有原因而前来应聘的新牌律师：卓伟名不甘在大FIRM做师傅跟班，宁愿来细FIRM自主打官司搏取名声；钟清铃因感性、正义自把自为打官司，被师傅排斥而掉职才转来细FIRM；蒋思嘉则为暗恋名而来，是一个爱情至上的人。
斌古灵精怪的官司作风，令斯文优雅的铃以为他是个流氓律师，铃初时对斌颇抗拒，然而斌对铃的友好热情，却渐渐消解了铃的戒心，从斗气冤家而成为朋友知己。斌的屋村式平民化作风，与名本来也是格格不入，但斌能大方欣赏名的优点，名也渐被斌的豪爽感染，两个大男孩惺惺相惜中建立出友谊。
