剧情介绍
楚國大將軍荊烈﹝唐文龍飾﹞與術士單無邪﹝陳豪飾﹞是師兄弟，因妻子雪姬﹝梁琤飾﹞與邪偷情而掀起了一場情殺。邪死；烈的魂魄化作一團怨氣；姬的魂魄則長埋一陶俑內。
烈飄泊於天地凡間千多年，至明太祖朱元璋鄱陽湖一役而得以吸取無數怨氣，成為邪靈之王。申十郎﹝關德輝飾﹞出生時祥雲飄降，家人認定他非池中物。郎生來愚鈍，原來上天選定他作為對付烈之人選，叫他七竅不開乃讓他不受邪魔所侵。多年後，烈夜觀天象，發現一股與自己抗衡的力量，決定探過究竟。烈來到郎家，發現郎母水芙蓉﹝蘇玉華飾﹞是昔日曾與己有一夕情緣的仙子。烈逼蓉相見但遭拒絕，一怒之下斬殺郎全家；蓉自刎，臨終時為保郎安危而騙烈郎為其親子。
郎其後得天池神水之助得以漸漸開竅，發現自己前世竟然是邪！烈得知郎是其前世宿怨，怨氣更盛；郎雖有金身護體，仍不敵烈，元神飛走，七日內不歸位便會灰飛煙滅......
